Reducing fitting for wye adaptor? Alita AL100 Linear Air Pump
I was recently given the following excellent advice in response to another question:
Alita 80 or 100 would be recommended for this size system.

I have created an order that includes the Alita 100, 2x12 outlet manifold and 1x 3/4" wye splitter, however before I finalize the order I now have one additional question. While the recommended splitter will provide two outlets to which the manifolds can be plumbed, it appears the outlets are both 3/4" and the manifolds have a 3/8 inlet. What additional parts do I need to order in order to complete the setup of these items to create my intended outcome of having the 24 available outlets from the single Alita 100 pump?
